November 2022 | Mentor Program Closing Event

The Women in Investments community has been blessed in 2022 to gain the support of 16 leaders in the investment industry (Carol Austin, Cassandra Crowe, CFA GAICD, Fiona Trafford-Walker, James Wright, Jim Craig, Joe Fernandes, PhD, Justine Hickey, ken marshman, Kerrie Williams, GAICD, Louise Watson, Matina Papathanasiou, Michael Bargholz, CFA GAICD, Michael Clarke, Richard Brandweiner CFA, Rob Adams and Zarmeen Pavri), who generously donated their time by actively taking on the role of a mentor to the women in our group. The humility and wisdom of the mentors, matched with the active participation of the mentees resulted in many fruitful relationships that we hope we can replicate in next year’s program. Thank you to QIC, and in particular Matina Papathanasiou and Lucy Liu, for sponsoring and hosting a wonderful closing event for our pilot mentoring program. The support of the visionary people in our membership base and broader network has been a critical ingredient to our success and we thank everyone for their contribution. We wish you the very best for the festive period as we enter the end of 2022 and look forward to seeing you in 2023.
