As we wrap up the year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the highlights and express our gratitude for your support and involvement.

Our final events of the year were made possible through new collaborations and friendships, most notably with Julie Ballard, who represents both S&P Dow Jones Indices and Women in ETFs. Thanks to her support, we were delighted to host two insightful events: one in October with Mona Naqvi, Global Head of Sustainable Capital Markets at S&P Global and another in November featuring Dr. Tim Edwards, Managing Director and Global Head of Index Investment Strategy at S&P Dow Jones Indices

Dr. Edwards delivered a thought-provoking presentation, examining key global market dynamics from recent years and sharing his perspectives on relevant topics for active managers. One of his key takeaways encouraged us to maintain a balanced perspective: acknowledging the challenges faced by active equity managers navigating dynamic markets while also recognizing the tailwinds that have benefited bond managers.

Looking ahead, we are excited about hosting more events like these in the coming year. We also plan to relaunch our mentoring program, aiming to connect a fresh cohort of senior leaders with emerging talent.
